The Living Gospel

“Glorified in His Saints,”

What responsibility!

I fall on my face at the thought–

Art Thou glorified, Lord, in me?

“Admired in them that believe”–

The world is watching me;

As they witness my word and walk,

Lord, are they admiring Thee?

“Men shall know ye are mine

When your love for each other they see.”

How are they judging Thy love

As they see it expressed in me?

Lord, may Thy grace, Thy peace,

Thy mercy, and love so free,

Show forth in all that I do;

Lord, live the gospel through me.
